Requirements
CSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, LCMHC or CMHC (for therapist position)
Badass, out of the box, nonconformist
Anti-diet, LGBTQIA+ affirming, size inclusive
Clean background check
Licensed in Utah or Arizona
Access to technology and privacy to provide online therapy
15 (PT) - 25 (FT) clinical hours a week minimum

A desire to grow and develop clinical skills particularly in IFS and eating disorders.
A visionary mindset and openness to collaborate and invest in creating groups, courses, retreats, and other out side of the box ideas that serve our clients
Wanting to settle into a long term career. Not looking for a temporary job in between jobs.
Competitive Compensation with pay and work life balance in mind (W2)
$35-$65/ billable hour (dependent on experience and licensure)

Duties and Responsibilities (W2)
Schedule 25 clinical hours a week
Maintain a high retention rate for clients, an average of at least 20 sessions per client after the first 3 initial sessions
Respond to messages within 24 hours during business hours
Coordinate care with other providers as necessary
Timely documentation within a business week, maintain client files that are accurate and up to date
Attend weekly individual supervision, weekly staff meeting, and additional training as needed
Fully participate, contribute, present cases, and share skills during weekly staff/case consultation meetings
Maintain licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics
Practice Support
Licensure supervision and clinical consultation
Billing and payment services
Administrative support (scheduling, client requests, records requests)
Advertising on website, google, and social media
Optimized profiles
Access to electronic health record management software
Access to Telehealth software
Documentation templates and paperwork forms
Access to course building tools
Support in creating projects/visions beyond individual client work
